Of course there are some basic rules to follow...above all else SAFETY
first...and I cant stress this enough. Meet in a public place, go with a personal friend,and never, I repeat
NEVER invite this person to your home for that first visit, no address, no phone number unless it is a cell phone number.
I have met numerous people that I chat with and I must be a good judge of character as I have
never had one bad experience. I have travelled to Wales, U.K. and all it cost me was my airfare and my Welsh friends have
been to Canada a couple of times. I have met a few that will remain just close chat friends and others I have met have become
personal friends.
